BUSINESS STRATEGY IN THE DIGITAL ERA. We draw along with your team a purpose, design a roadmap and we articulate it through the proper methodology that ensures the vision’s execution: value chain disintermediation and its opportunities, benchmark vs new competitors, market analysis, customer journey, new value propositions, customer experience, strategy,others.

ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN. We help answering three questions: How to work?, How to organise?, How to lead? Back in 2009 a group of internet professionals (we pride ourselves to be among them) launched isdi, believing that the present and the future were digital and only those who would learn how to grasp this new ecosystem could eventually succeed in the professional arena.

At ISDI as well as at digital migration partners, we think digital optimism can contribute to build a better society, without barriers, enhancing opportunities in a much fairer way.
